Pretty good. A bit of confusion with different things and always speaking to a different person. Still waiting to find out about when i will be getting the free grill that was discussed in my initial visit. Ryan was a very helpful and nice and not aggressive person to deal with.

No issues with the oil change or my tire rotation. The thing I question was why my engine recall was not addressed. I was told since my truck only had 15,000 miles on it. That it wasn’t an issue yet am I supposed to wait until the engine fails?

As soon as I walked in the door everyone greeted me like I was buying a Rolls-Royce. My salesman Greg was the nicest salesman I have ever dealt with. Straight up honest and made it happen! I couldn't ask for a better experience!!

I was there to have a sensor changed in my gearshift. Unfortunately, I had missed my cut off for my warranty because of two things, first I got no phone call, email, mailer letting me know my date was coming up and I had an appointment made before I left for vacation and there was just not enough time for me to sit in a dealership for hours so I pushed the date of the appointment until I came back from vacation And the manager of service, John, was nice enough to accommodate me and he was very nice to work with on this matter and I appreciated his help very much. That being said it was a long day there, I was there for five hours while this was looked at, decided upon and fixed.

I went in with a plan of what I wanted in a car and all of my expectations were met. I am very satisfied.

The process took a lil longer than I expected, but the wait was not a problem. The salesman Greg was a good, personable and very informative salesman. I went into the dealership with a certain color in mind. The salesman informed me they would have to order the model I wanted because he did not have one on the lot. He brought out another one same model I wanted but a differant color.. I saw that one and I was hooked. That to me is great salesmanship. Greg is an outstanding asset to the FC Kerbeck Buick Family. I am very pleased that I choose FC kerbeck over the other dealerships that were trying to get my business.. I would also like to thank my friend Dave Owens who refered me to this fine establishment. I recently took my brand new Buick Envista back to service because my check engin light was on. They had to replkace a fuel line. I do not feel comfortable with that having to be done on a new vehicle (350 Miles). Upon entering service I was greeted by 3 of the most unwelcoming service reps I have ever met. everyone of them looked at me for several; minutes before one of them asked can they help me. Mind you there were no customers in front of me.. It seemed to me like I were bothering them. I arrived at 830. After several hours my car was returned. I asked one of the service reps if he could tell me what had to be done because I did not have my glasses to read the paperwork. He said he could not help me and he passed me onto another rep who gave me little or no details. Once again ikt seemed as if I were bothering them. I asked if this problem occurs often. Agaion i was given a short non detailed answer. Unlike the sales dept,who all of those gentlemen were helpful when I brought my car especially GREG. Those service reps were terrible. I will now get my service done in Turnersville. I will also share this experience with my family and friends.

My experience is always good because my underwriter is Jason and he makes it good as far as the mechanics in the back. It’s taking him three months hopefully we got it right this time. My truck has been in and out of the shop the last year and a half too many times for the same thing.

Overall experience was just ok. 1.5 hours for an oil change is a long time. Would be understandable if I was getting more work done on my vehicle.

Somehow my car caught on fire, I had my car towed to Kerbeck. My car was repaired in a timely manner. I was just concerned that the technicians could not pinpoint how the fire started. It was a very scary incident that I would not like to repeat, hopefully it won’t happen again.

Poor communication on status of EV charger replacement. Poor communication on replacement of self driving module. On each issue listed above I had to come to the dealership several times over the course of several weeks to get the problem solved. Finally my salesman had to get involved to deliver the charger to prevent yet another visit by me to the dealership. His assistance in this matter was very commendable and appreciated.

they didn't really have any interest in wanting my business i asked how much would it be to fix an issue i was having with my car and the response was we would work on it it's not worth it the car is to old and it's over 100k being a manager in the industry that says about about how you all do business and I see why people don't like going to dealership i also asked for a courtesy inspection and nothing was looked at they just did my recall and kicked me out not the best experience

I drove down to Kerbeck because a friend of mine had a really good experience at that dealership getting his GMC SUV about a month ago. I’m from eastern PA about an hour north of Philly, but took the trip on his recommendation. When I first walked in the door. I was met with a smile and a greeting from Scott: from that point on until the moment I left he, the management team, finance team, and everybody else there made an unyielding effort to make my experience the best possible. There’s still a lot of anxiety (and BS) going into a car dealership to purchase a vehicle, so that’s why for the last 35 years I have purchased and lease vehicles from Flemington car and truck country formally owned by the Kalafer family. Upon Steve’s passing and his son‘s sale to Ciocca, my loyalty to that dealership was spoiled on the first transaction. Kerbeck and specifically Scott has earned a life long customer. And I only wish you were closer so I can bring my vehicles there for service. My wife’s lease is up next and will be down in six months to get a vehicle for her from Scott.

My oil change appoint went smoothly with no issues. Its aways a pleasure to return to Kerbeck for service.

My truck was 2 and a 1 years old, needed a battery. Jason and John. Helped me out a lot which they always do. They are too good employees.

It was okay. Lobby was very cold because the service door was open. Not happy about the surge charge for using a credit card I will remember to bring cash the next time. As far as the dealership I won't be buying from you again because some genius decided that the way to go for everyone is a SUV. Well, I'm a Sedan person not a Van person and most seniors are sedan ppl. My 2015 Buick Verano with 53,000 miles is a keeper

I trust the service team at FC Kerbeck for maintenance on my 2021 Acadia SLE. Jason and the team, at the service desk are very helpful and professional. I have a disability and require a little help walking using my walker. Whoever is available quickly will open the door and assist me with the walker. Jason and the team are always focused on customer service.

Mt car was taken back at my appointment time. The waiting area is always clean and comfortable. The staff is very friendly.

Fast polite service

My appointment was for 11:00 am for an oil change, I arrived a few minutes early, and there were only 3 or 4 people waiting in the seating area. I didn’t leave until 12:49 pm. In addition to that the service advisor informed me that I needed some additional maintenance on my vehicle. He showed me a list and a description of three items that were in need of maintenance. I agreed to one of the three items which was an air filter element. I informed him that I wasn’t financially prepared to have everything done that day. I told him I had a coupon and I was a Military Veteran, his response was I can take something off for the oil change. He acted as if he wasn’t even concerned about my military service. Be advised I am a combat disabled Veteran, paratrooper 82nd Airborne Division, fought In Desert Storm. Mind you I drove over an hour for service on my vehicle. I won’t be returning for service.

I have been having my car serviced here for well over ten years and have rarely had a complaint l. They are professional and knowledgeable and keep you informed on every step, this visit was no different. Jason is amazing to work with and very patient and understanding!

I loved everything about it.

I dropped my car off on Sunday, overnight, for my Monday 8am appointment (oil change and tire rotate). It wasn't ready until after 1pm. 5 hours for an oil change is unacceptable. I made the 8am appointment so I would not lose my entire day, but I waited around all day with little communication. This was my first time trying the dealership. I will try 1 more time because I understand things happen.

Dealership is very welcoming. Treated me like a high prior customer. Salesman Scott was amazing if I had enough money I would’ve gave him a bonus out of my own pocket.

I have no complaints. The gentleman who helped sign me in, as always been kind and courteous. The waiting room and bathroom are clean and everyone has the television, coffee or water during the time of their wait.

I've always felt I trusted a dealership more than an average shop. I bought my car 5 years ago from Kerbeck and have had multible work done at your service shop. Three years ago a/c wasn't working and was told a leak in the rear line. Last Thursday I bought it in for a/c that wasn't working and was told it was a leak. I had a hard time finding out where this time. I've received a video before, but this time no pictures or videos. Hard to believe it was a leak in a different area. At first I was told you don't offer loaner cars but after seeing a $4,400 repair order and with parts not in stock, I was told a courtesy car just came in. I bought the car used and it's almost 8 years old and will be in the need i'm sure sooner or later, but since I bought it there and had repairs there, I'm not sure that I'm comfortable getting the answers I get. I did complain after reading the repair order that it was the rear line again (in a different spot, but wasn't told where) he did knock off labor cost for the a/c. I also had struts put on and a oil line hose. Just wish I could have transparency. Thanks for listening.

Great service

Unfortunately being a 4 x customer I didn’t feel like I had to look over the paperwork before signing. Just went through the paperwork this morning and noticed I wasn’t given ANY deal off the List price. My Salesman told me he could give me Dec deals even tho I came a week later. Being a current customer I gave way too much trust that I would be well take care of and receive at least some sort of discount. I’m SO disappointed in Kerbeck!!! I also was supposed to have a payment of $707 a month and suddenly it’s $722 or something (I don’t have the paperwork in front of me right now). I should have looked over the paperwork before signing. My fault, but I’ve lost trust in Kerbeck as a 4 X customer .

Seemed a long wait for just 1st oil change They didn’t even wash car

The staff was very accommodating with letting me know how to relax and enjoy my stay. Waiting room with leather chairs, water, coffee and TV! Staff members let me know when my car will be ready and yes I left with a great feeling my car was taken care of.
