I had my new vehicle serviced tires rotated oil change general inspection compliments of the dealership when we purchased. Overall I am always very pleased with my dealings with your company and will never consider any money I’ve ever spent with you as money not well spent. Tom our dealer is a wonderful man and when my nephew needed a new set of wheels I was proud to recommend Tom from Kerbeck. I have bought at least 8 vehicles and have been a customer for 20 years and my hope is to one day buy my son his first car from Kerbeck.

This is my first Buick I’ve had four Cadillac’s when I say nervous thats an understatement but my salesman was really nice and helped a lot because I couldn’t make my mind up I’m still on the fence I love Cadillac and on the Buick when I close the door it reminds me of a rental but my daughter loves it and every salesman I’ve had from you guys I trust I would never go anywhere else I remember 15yrs ago or longer I didn’t have heat in my car because a car wash sprayed something in the vents I was frustrated crying i had my daughter who’s now 18yrs old and I’m like I don’t care what kinda of car just something my daughter can be warm in you guys got me in that caddy and I never looked back I will also be grateful to F C Kurbeck it’s bringing tears to my eyes but thank you

Poor communication on status of EV charger replacement. Poor communication on replacement of self driving module. On each issue listed above I had to come to the dealership several times over the course of several weeks to get the problem solved. Finally my salesman had to get involved to deliver the charger to prevent yet another visit by me to the dealership. His assistance in this matter was very commendable and appreciated.

Unfortunately being a 4 x customer I didn’t feel like I had to look over the paperwork before signing. Just went through the paperwork this morning and noticed I wasn’t given ANY deal off the List price. My Salesman told me he could give me Dec deals even tho I came a week later. Being a current customer I gave way too much trust that I would be well take care of and receive at least some sort of discount. I’m SO disappointed in Kerbeck!!! I also was supposed to have a payment of $707 a month and suddenly it’s $722 or something (I don’t have the paperwork in front of me right now). I should have looked over the paperwork before signing. My fault, but I’ve lost trust in Kerbeck as a 4 X customer .

they didn't really have any interest in wanting my business i asked how much would it be to fix an issue i was having with my car and the response was we would work on it it's not worth it the car is to old and it's over 100k being a manager in the industry that says about about how you all do business and I see why people don't like going to dealership i also asked for a courtesy inspection and nothing was looked at they just did my recall and kicked me out not the best experience

The staff was very accommodating with letting me know how to relax and enjoy my stay. Waiting room with leather chairs, water, coffee and TV! Staff members let me know when my car will be ready and yes I left with a great feeling my car was taken care of.

Smooth and easy Gregory was amazing

I dropped my car off on Sunday, overnight, for my Monday 8am appointment (oil change and tire rotate). It wasn't ready until after 1pm. 5 hours for an oil change is unacceptable. I made the 8am appointment so I would not lose my entire day, but I waited around all day with little communication. This was my first time trying the dealership. I will try 1 more time because I understand things happen.

I've always have been impressed with the service I've received. Not only in recent visits, but for years since I've been going there. Both my 2013 Lacrosse and 2019 Oncore is only serviced there, no regrets.

Our salesman Scott Detterline gave us the most professional car buying experience we have had in the 56 years we have been driving and buying cars. Dale in finance was equally as professional.

The whole process was wonderful.

We dropped our vehicle off the night before. They hand an envelope to you that you fill in. They never log your car into the system. The next day they never worked on our car and when we called 2hours after what was our appointment time they knew nothing about our car. They had to search for our keys and then by the time they took the car in to see why the check engine light was on they did not have time to work on the car. It was not ready until the next day. It also took a week to get an appointment for the check engine light. Everytime we've had service there has been an issue.

Scott is one of the best - fast and accurate response to questions - great brand ambassador for Kerbeck and GMC.

I've always felt I trusted a dealership more than an average shop. I bought my car 5 years ago from Kerbeck and have had multible work done at your service shop. Three years ago a/c wasn't working and was told a leak in the rear line. Last Thursday I bought it in for a/c that wasn't working and was told it was a leak. I had a hard time finding out where this time. I've received a video before, but this time no pictures or videos. Hard to believe it was a leak in a different area. At first I was told you don't offer loaner cars but after seeing a $4,400 repair order and with parts not in stock, I was told a courtesy car just came in. I bought the car used and it's almost 8 years old and will be in the need i'm sure sooner or later, but since I bought it there and had repairs there, I'm not sure that I'm comfortable getting the answers I get. I did complain after reading the repair order that it was the rear line again (in a different spot, but wasn't told where) he did knock off labor cost for the a/c. I also had struts put on and a oil line hose. Just wish I could have transparency. Thanks for listening.

I have no complaints. The gentleman who helped sign me in, as always been kind and courteous. The waiting room and bathroom are clean and everyone has the television, coffee or water during the time of their wait.

It was okay. Lobby was very cold because the service door was open. Not happy about the surge charge for using a credit card I will remember to bring cash the next time. As far as the dealership I won't be buying from you again because some genius decided that the way to go for everyone is a SUV. Well, I'm a Sedan person not a Van person and most seniors are sedan ppl. My 2015 Buick Verano with 53,000 miles is a keeper

Terrible... Two,cars in two days with completely different experiences...both for oil changes. First day I never signed anything before my car was taken away for service and the oil change took 2 and a half hours with no discussion upon return of my car.,Second day this service advisor did have me sign the order form, but when he approached me with an issue that was a suggestion that I said no to he threw the paperwork at me and walked away, not telling me that the car was completed. The 2 service advisors Thai dealt with on these 2 days need training in customer service and professionalism. After dealing with Kerbeck sales and service for over 30 years I, regrettably, will never use this business again.

Quick easy service in and out

After picking up my vehicle from getting an oil change and driving less than half a mile. I noticed that my oil cap was on my windshield. oil was all over the engine, isn't replacing the cap the most basic part of changing the oil. I am not happy with the service and would not go back again.

Service was done on time but I did not receive the promised call.

First time ask to check for oil leak when they change my oil. Said no oil leak. Put paper bag under truck. Went back with oil on paper, found leak and kept truck for three or four days to fix. I am satisfied second time.

Took my 2015. Buick lacrosse the check engine light was on they said they fixed it and guess what the check engine light came on later after I picked my car up I spent close to 3000$

I brought a brand new vehicle and in the first week the engine light came on, brought it back and it was fixed but now excellent. Now ther is another issue and I can not be accommodated by of my work schedule. And there are other issues that will be addressed later.

Here’s a clearer, more polished version that keeps the concerns firm but professional: Service Complaint✓ The owner of this vehicle is a senior citizen who was without transportation for 11 days. This was a significant inconvenience, particularly given the lack of communication throughout the repair process. According to the service workers, the repair performed was the same repair that had been performed in July. Given that history, it would have been helpful to receive more information about what was wrong with the vehicle, what was being done to address the issue, and when the vehicle was expected to be ready. During the 11 days the vehicle was at the dealership, there was very little communication regarding its status. Even a brief phone call to let us know that the vehicle was still being worked on would have been appreciated. Regular updates about the progress of the repair and an estimated completion time would have made the situation much easier to manage. In addition, calls to the dealership’s service department were often unanswered or went directly to voicemail without an opportunity to speak with a live person. Not being able to reach someone directly was frustrating and made it difficult to get basic information about the vehicle. Going forward, better communication and more consistent updates would greatly improve the customer experience, especially when a customer is without transportation for an extended period of time.

Delivery damage on fender and bumper. Told dealer. Dealer told me i had to pay for it. Salesman knew nothing about GMC trucks. Put floor mats in wrong. Didn’t know difference in floor mats. Didn’t know what an x31 truck was. Told me false information about 2026 sierras. Stated they dont make column shifters for any 2026 sierras. More stuff too
